Unlocking Dinah’s Diary
“Do not gloat over me, my enemy! Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light.”
Micah 7:8

“I was so ashamed of my sin. Why I chose to wander away from home and look at what I thought would be fun was just plain selfish—rebellious. I knew the rule. Don’t mix with those who don't love God.But I was just exploring. Just checking out my options…what's the harm? And when Shechem looked my way, and when I knew he was a prince, and
when I considered that such a powerful man set his eyes on me, I just couldn’t say no...just couldn't run.

And in an instant I was damaged goods.

‘I’ll marry you. I’ll make it right. I’ll talk to your father.’ But it could never work. His words were comforting but I continued with him—giving myself to him.
My brothers, Levi and Simeon, hated Shechem. So they killed him and all the men in his small village.Such horror...shame too! Then they snatched me out of Shechem's house and I returned home.
I never left again. I stayed close and even went with my family into Egypt when my little brother Joseph became Egypt’s prime minister.
God has given me peace, my friend..a new start too. My name means justice and although my brothers were way out of line God has made me right and brought me back to His people…my people. He didn’t have to do that.  He wanted to. He’s the
only one who could. He loves me—I love Him too!
Have you been where I was? What God did for me…He can do for you!”

Dear Lord,
You can make me white a snow. I need you, Lord. Thank you for your love.

Created for More!

Understanding  Your Worth and Value
Week Three - God has a Plan
Day Two

      Created for More
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
Romans 8:28

“Abortion is a must! Your baby has been exposed to damaging medical drugs. Its brain is fried.”
For seven months doctors pushed for abortion.
The baby’s parents prayed. They just couldn’t end its life.
God had a plan!
Tim Tebow was the first college sophomore football player awarded the
Heisman trophy. Tim travels all over the world helping those in great
need. One such place is his orphanage in the Philippines.
His impact is felt.
He was created for more!

“My baby can’t see! My baby can’t hear!” And a mother sobbed in the
night.  At six she was out of control, biting and kicking when agitated.
What to do—put her away so she couldn’t hurt herself or others?
God had a plan!
God sent a teacher who changed Helen Keller’s life. Helen was the first blind/dear person ever to attain a Bachelor of Arts degree. She was an American author, lecturer and political rights activist. She loved God!
Her impact was felt.
She was created for more!

A young girl huddled in bed listening to the dreaded footsteps of her
father drawing near. For fifteen years she endured sexual abuse.

Was this the rest of her life? Could she ever trust anyone—even God?
                       God had a plan!
But Joyce Meyer was an unstoppable teen. Today she  has a potential audience of three billion people. Her organization reaches around the world bringing provision, and healing for the needy.
Joyce says, “I want to honor God and help as many hurting people as I can.”
Her life has impact.
                                           She was created for more!

Satan wants to steal your dignity, your destiny.
 You must change your mindset.
You are a tool in God’s hand.
Understand you’re a person of dignity.
God has a plan!
YOU-- ARE CREATED FOR MORE!

Dear Lord, show me my purpose. I want my life to count. I want to make a difference in this world. Thank you!
